Did you buy you Sövnig from a retailer?

Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.

How long can I return my item?

You can return your item for up to 14 days after you have received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The mattress can’t be unrolled, opened or in any way seem used. Once the item has been received, examined and approved in our warehouse, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

It is important that the product is in its original box and nothing is missing from inside the box when you return it to us.

How do I do it?

To return, fill out the form on this page and write “return” and your order no in the subject field. Then you receive an email with more information. You have the opportunity to buy a return label through us for DKK 40, this amount will be deducted the price of your order when returned.

How do I get my money back?

Once we have received your item, you will receive an email with approval of the return. We will transfer the purchase amount back to the account with which the item was purchased. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the refund amount to another account.

How do I advertise a product?

You can advertise a defective mattress for 2 years from received date. The advertisement must include a description of the error and a picture of the same. Mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Mattress and user(s). This Mattress Warranty does not cover your Product if you use it in a manner incompatible with that intended design.

If the complaint delivers a shipping damage, the complaint must be made 9 days after the goods have been delivered. The complaint must include a picture of the damaged item, a picture of the GLS mark from the package and a picture of the box's protective content.

What about the 100 day free trial?

We believe you should sleep on a Sövnig to decide if you like it, so we give you up to 100 nights to try it in your own home on all mattresses bought through soeving.com (retailers do not apply for this trial). If it doesn’t work out, you can return the mattress and get a full refund. To get a refund in the trial period, you must contact us on info@soevnig.com. The returned mattress need to be in good, donatable condition and a case for the return must be made.
